@sainsburys you had 2 of these boxes by this promotion in the specials isle on the way in the door. It was the only toothbrush offer and both boxes were nothing to do with the offer so only noticed when I got home it cost £100. What a hassle to get resolved #fraud

@HiltonHonors Thanks Zoey - I just tried a new booking direct on the app and all was well. I can see the app gets bookings from my corporate booking system and it is those that appear to show as not being cancellable but are. I will cancel via my agent now I know, thxs.
@HiltonHonors Any chance your app can be fixed? It states "this reservation cannot be cancelled" despite it being a flexible booking. Used to work but got broken a while back and one of the key benefits of the app is doing things quickly with it - this is a fail :-(
@EDI_Airport told I couldn’t stack items in tray so had 15 min delay. I laid iPads & liquids out flat and not stacked but I watched passengers before my tray (last station) lift and jostle trays so why don’t you check trays before going through? Better, sort tray jumpers issue.
@HSBC_UK Thanks Chris - The one think I couldn't establish online is do I need to make an appointment or not? Calling the branch set me up in a loop as I am not a customer, your bot has no option for child account. HSBC don't make it easy for me to speak with the branch / person.
@HSBC_UK What a horrible experience in trying to open a child account for my 10 year old when I am not an existing HSBC customer. Hopeless bot, poor call centre and told to walk in to branch despite being told to make an appt. Zero confidence...
