It was practical, affordable, and highly nutritious.

Or, when you elect to work hard, consistently with discipline, you are sarcastically trolled by people who are envious of your progress,
3 critical areas that are lucrative in the economy of indiscipline and laziness:
• Lust
• Gluttony
• Greed
These ultimately leave us unfulfilled, frustrated and depressed.
As a MAN, struggling in this unfair world, your only anchor to getting out of poverty and despair is working hard, consistently, with commitment and discipline.
There is no way out.
