Update: sbi customer support called me,and told that I gave them consent to transfer 15k from simplyclick cc and informed that if I hadn't transferred that time, my application would have got declined. Also, in WhatsApp, 91k tentative limit means it can be 0 also. Beware guys 🥲

I applied for SBI Cashback credit card. I received whatsapp msg that tentative credit limit is 91k. Next day, i received call from sbi head office and on call I agreed to transfer 15k of my limit from simplyclick cc.
Today cc got delivered with 15k limit. @SBICard_Connect #RBI

Further, I didn't select add-on card while applying online. But the agent who assisted me from sbi team to submit income documents and complete v-kyc,told me that to get card approved I have to do nominee's digilocker kyc. Now seeing that I have been missold add-on cc #ombudsman

Customer support is still saying internal team/specialist team will reply to you in email, already 3 weeks passed since 1st email.

Google pay has the worst Customer support that exists in India.
I bought Zomato gift card worth 500 rs, but didn't receive 100% cashback upto 300 rs reward.
Upon complaint, the support is always saying that internal team/gpay specialist team is working and will reply soon.
