Projects are being promoted by brokers while it's RERA is not yet approved. They don't disclose the builder's name, location, etc., but they certainly market it, which piques the curiosity of buyers and prompts them to call the very same broker for full information. I won't comment on the ethics of brokers, but what is Haryana RERA doing in this regard? It seems, RERA is quite inactive.

Godrej Nest Noida 150 sect. Had bad luck of going there today. A team of bored, ignorant and disinterested employees met us. We were only registered. No body showed any interest in showing sample flat or talking to us. It was sheer waste. I will advise younot to go there ever.

Really we are the unfortunate that the corrupt system is not taking any action and favouring the promoter.
During this time the promoter is looting the innocent buyers by offering lucrative schemes.
