Once again @MyntraSupport @myntra did that. First they sent wrong and damaged item without any Tag and Logo (May be a Counterfeit) but when agent come to pick, he denied to take it stating that it’s not exactly like picture. Pathetic.

Moreover “Call Me Now” Option doesn’t work. Chat is just a fake bot which doesn’t have any proper options. Customer care number not working at all.

There is a stupid company called Zomato (Eternal) who has employed bots in the customer care.
Two times uploaded the HD images of wrong delivery and they say “Picture not clear”

You should start begging rather than doing these scams and I will donate @zomato @zomatocare

Once again a fraud of about INR 19000 by @Bajaj_Finserv @Bajaj_Finance after being loyal customer for 13 years without any fail.

I know they resolve the issue later but initially it always happens.

Concern raised using Bot. Ticket given. After few minutes, it said “resolved”.

Then called customer care. They said the update is “restricted delivery hours”
