@makemytripcare Hi, a person named Aditya called me and put me on hold thrice to fetch details; we were on call for 10 minutes. He said he would call me back after checking. Then I got a message that the ticket raised was closed.
"Dear @eMudhra_Support@eMudhra, I shared the requested invoices on 26-Dec-24, yet there’s been no action or response. It’s been nearly a year, & the free coupons you promised are still pending. Commitments shouldn’t take this long! Kindly resolve this urgently. #CustomerService"
