Lot of people are asking that AIIMS Madurai is not even constructed yet then where are students studying and posted which is shown in picture ?

The answer is AIIMS Madurai has a temporary campus where 3 MBBS batches reside
And their students goes to GMC ramanathpuram college where they are studying in the “name of Aiims Madurai” and they don’t get any facilities because the GMC students are already there and occupancy is not sufficient .

AIIMS madurai Library , even local street libraries have more books then this , here they don’t have anything for 2nd and 3rd year mbbs students !

“AIIMS” the institution name sounds a big thing no ? But not anymore !

Today I will show you the condition of AIIMS Madurai and the plight of their medical students crying to their director to shift them .

The condition as per allegations :
• No patients in wards for clinical examination
• Not allowed to visit OPD
• 5 students in a single room (due to lack of accommodation facility)
• Not allowed to visit OT
• Libraries are so poor that no books for anyone except 1st year

On asking the administration the reply is “who asked you to join AIIMS Madurai” ?

This is the result of opening so many Medical colleges without any basic facilities !

See how pathetic is the condition for AIIMS Madurai students who have to share the lecture hall(small room) with the administration office by making partition using almirahs and bookshelves, that too in this hot summer. There are 3 batches and we have only 2 proper lecture halls.

This is the condition of central library at AIIMS Madurai which only has 1st year books. For 3 batches (150 students) of AIIMS Madurai it does not even has capacity of more than 30 at a time and also being used as professors faculty room. The library is only opened for 2 hr.
