His house was burning. His 14-year-old cat was still trapped inside.

He begged firefighters to go back for her.

This happened in Tarzana, California, July 2024.

A man’s home was burning, but there was only one thing inside he cared about getting back.

His 14-year-old cat, Cheetah.

He begged firefighters not to leave her behind and crews from the Los Angeles Fire Department went into the burning house looking for her.

Then came the moment in this video.

They carried Cheetah out ALIVE and placed her back into her owner’s arms. He dropped to his knees in the street, wrapped his arms around her and poured water over her as he cried.

But the story didn’t end there …

Cheetah had suffered smoke inhalation and was rushed to an emergency veterinarian, where she was treated and monitored.

She survived!

Later reports said Cheetah was doing well.

When he dropped to his knees and held his cat in the middle of the street, you could see exactly what couldn’t be replaced.

Thank God those firefighters went back for her.❤️🙏🏻
