Extremely saddened by Zomato today. Food ordered at 3 pm was not delivered at 11 pm, even after repeated reminders. Order cancelled by Zomato at 11 pm. And my in-laws, who were celebrating their 52nd marriage anniversary, had to go without dinner @zomato @zomatocare @deepigoyal

Now even the chats I had with the Zomato executives on 20th Nov evening, where lot of false promises were made, have been erased. @zomatocare Nobody from Customer Care called. Meanwhile my credit amount is shown as expired and all the chat with customer care executives where you can see their false commitments, have also been erased. And I thought Zomato is a respectable organisation @zomato @zomatocare @deepigoyal

Booked round trip by @goairlinesindia for CCU-IXB sector. While doing web check-in, found flight no. G8-528 on 25-11-20 is cancelled, with NO prior intimation. PNR J669QC. Lost more than ₹2000 in booking in an alternate airline. Who will pay for my loss ??
