My activity log (attached) proves the double-charge. Your cab driver dumps my family midway, forcing me to immediately book an Uber Auto to finish the journey. Paying full fare for half a ride PLUS auto charges because your system is broken. Connect me to a human now!

@Uber_India @Uber_Support Look at the screenshots. First a 57 paise refund, then today a ₹2 refund for dropping passengers midway. Drivers are gaming your multi-stop feature to drop and flee, and your automated bots just auto-close tickets to protect them. Fix this and connect me to a human.

This is a systemic issue. Exactly 4 days ago, the same thing happened. A driver abandoned the multi-stop trip halfway. Uber charged full fare, and your "support" team closed the case after giving a useless refund of 57 PAISE! I had to spend ₹88 extra on an auto.

@Uber_India @Uber_Support The AI math: Distance dropped from 3.59mi to 1.40mi, but price INCREASED. Then your AI closed the ticket by "refunding" a mere ₹2. My father even lost his umbrella & bag because the driver fled. Stop hiding behind broken bots. I need a HUMAN agent to resolve this.
