Urgent help needed!

A friend lost their Pixel 10 Pro at New Delhi Railway Station (NDLS), near the entry gate to Platform 1, while boarding Punjab Mail (12138).

The phone was last tracked at these locations:

We tried reaching the railway helpline (139) multiple times but couldn’t connect.

I don't want to disclose the name of the attendant out of decency which he clearly didn't have at all. @airasia, I appreciate affordability, but shouldn't humanity come first? Prioritizing pre-booked meals over basic needs and responding rudely left me taken aback.

Later, when I asked for water again, they said I'd have to pay for a bottle. At that moment, I didn't have my wallet, so I requested a regular cup like other airlines provide. The head flight attendant responded rudely, suggesting I drink water from the toilet.

On Nov 6th, I was on Thai Air Asia flight FD 146 from Bangkok to Lucknow. The flight got a bit turbulent, and I asked the flight attendant for water. They told me pre-booked meal passengers would be served first, which I understood.
