@ZARA_Care went to your DFC branch for an item exchange. Had to wait till all new purchase customers were finished, even in the "dedicated exchange/refund" queue. And being told by the staff their priority is for new purchases. So our exchange/refunds are based on charity? Sad!

@SanaChikhalia You still need a DPI or PCR test to enter Abu Dhabi. Also ensure your Al Hosn app is downloaded, as they check this at the border. And lastly, you can't have 2 consecutive DPIs showing to enter.
