And now when the country has been hit, the backbiters come making fun of its tax free status, good lifestyle and safety, bloody vultures in human form ๐ก!

International remittances from the UAE to India stands at $21B, which is 19% of total remittances, 2nd highest overall after the US! A large number of families in India survive on Gulf money, and most of those families don't see poverty like the others do.

The Shawwal crescent that signals the end of Ramadan has not been spotted in the UAE.
The holy month will thus last the full 30 days, with Tuesday being the last day of Ramadan. Islamic festival Eid Al Fitr will fall on Wednesday, April 10. This means public and private sector employees get a nine-day break including the weekends.
