Absolutely furious with @clarksshoes. Brought a pair of £40 kids shoes which lasted 6 weeks. Wrote to your customer service who said take it to a store & they'd give us a refund. Spoke to the rudest manager at Meadowhall store who refused to do anything. These are the shoes. 😡😡
