@cenbank it showed declined, and I was debited. Till today the funds yet to be reversed. What baffled me is that the it showed the transaction occurred in First City monument bank POS terminal as per attached screenshot. Pls invstgt.

@cenbank jst to bring to ur notice that @joinkuda & @palmpay_ng are defrauding nigerians with failed transactions. While using @joinkuda ATM card on a @palmpay_ng POS terminal, I was debited 79,500 since Nov. 17.
