Can I just say that whomsoever decided to remove both Steve Allen @steveallenshow on @LBC and Ken Bruce @RealKenBruce on @BBCRadio2 is an absolute bloody Muppet! Two distinct but very different voices, encapsulating more than 80 years on radio together, simply discarded? Madness!

After 50 odd years of being a loyal Radio 2 listener, am sad to say I'm parting company with Radio 2 as well. But without #Kenbruce, #SteveWright and #SimonMayo, Radio 2 has lost its appeal for me. I'm now a #GreatestHitsRadio convert. I follow Simon and so will follow Ken too.
