There are times when all you need to do is let the man do his job. Not every decision has to be a criticism session.

I completely understand the point being made about certain decisions, but do we actually know anything about their fitness, their training load or what the coaching staff have got planned for them?
Flick works with these players on a daily basis, it's not us.

So what on earth do you expect him to do? There are only five substitutions and he can't take everyone off.

If he just leaves Yamal, Pedri, Raphinha and the others on for the 90 minutes then people will be complaining that he's not managing their minutes.

assess the opposition and rotated too much. He's now making the rotation to manage the workload of his key players and people are still complaining.
