We closed our current bank account and someone sent money to our personal mobile no. using UPI via Paytm. Paytm redirected that money to the pvt ltd bank account and since it's closed, they are saying they'll neither refund nor settle. Just keep it.

@DGCAIndia Please help. @airvistara For a Singapore-Delhi flight on 22nd March 2020 impacted due to Covid, Vistars is saying I could have used it only until 31st March 2021 when the borders opened only in 2022. They refused any refund as well.
