Rajasthan HC RTCA Writ Today Update

Rajasthan HC has asked CBDT to issue clear instructions today itself on whether the Tax Audit due date is being extended or not.

The Court also observed that this issue should not be stretched till the last date.

And then came the biggest point - the Court told RTCA that if CAs are facing difficulties, it is the responsibility of ICAI to approach the High Court, since Tax Audit is primarily carried out by Chartered Accountants.

CBDT Lead counsel didnt come today due to the reason that his family member was unwell.
