@HMRCcustomers I filed the return for the Ltd company for first year and account shows -submission complete. But not getting the option to file for remaining period of 08-05-21 to 31-05-21. Also, no option to pay corporation tax yet. deadline date is 07/02/22. please guide

@HMRCcustomers I was told by your colleague that I have to inform that I don't need to file SA. I tired to fill the online form which asked for the UTR. So I had to register to get the UTR

@HMRCcustomers I have tried using the online form to inform HMRC that I don't need to file SA. However, its asking for UTR number which I don't have. So, I have registered myself for SA, to get UTR. Obviously, it will take time for UTR to be send before 31Jan. Will I be penalised for delay 🤔
