@flipkartsupport@Flipkart dear flipkart I'm facing a issue from 3rd Jan, a product I have ordered that product shipped from kolkata then arrived durgapur then return back to kolkata. And now cancellation can't be done, and customer support giving me date first, 9 then 11th Jan
@HomeCredit_In I took loan from home credit and the last emi already paid before time, but still it's deducted on emi date. So deduction basically 2 time . I have sent mail but no response. Call not connecting. What to do now?
@StarHealthIns
I don’t even have a Star Health policy myself, but I’ve recommended Star Health Insurance to many people because of its reputation. My uncle and aunt bought a policy based on my suggestion.
@StarHealthIns Despite this, the claim is still being rejected as “pre-existing.” It feels like an excuse just to avoid approving the claim.
Is this really justified? Is this how Star Health saves money by denying genuine claims?
@StarHealthIns Before the policy was issued, a pre-policy medical checkup was done and nothing abnormal was found. Even the treating doctor has clearly stated that this condition occurred for the first time.
@StarHealthIns When we asked how they concluded this, the representative said they “got information from neighbours.” We calmly asked them to provide proof of who said this and on what basis such a serious decision was made.
@StarHealthIns@star_orm A new update regarding our claim issue with Star Health Insurance.
We received a call from Star Health stating that my uncle’s hospitalization was due to a pre-existing disease. This was shocking because we were never aware of any such condition.
They’ve been paying premiums for 5 years for emergencies, yet when a real situation came, the policy didn’t help. That’s very disappointing. Is health insurance only for accidents or death?
I expected better from Star Health.
Recently my uncle was hospitalized for potassium/sodium deficiency (not a major illness). The hospital bill was around ₹1 lakh, but the claim was rejected saying this condition isn’t covered.
