On October 6, 2023, I was a 21-year-old girl who just wanted to dance. I am no longer the girl I was, the Hamas monsters took my innocence away from me, they damaged my body and soul. Everything was taken from me except for one thing: the way I would tell myself the story, the way I would choose to act within the terrible reality that was forced upon me."

The Hamas monsters took my innocence away from me, but today I am a strong woman, and I have a story to tell. I want the whole world to hear that physical freedom can be taken away from us, but not the freedom to believe and imagine. Hope

And again the winds of autumn and sukkots peeping from the courtyards of houses. Two years ago today, I was still an innocent girl who was just starting to get excited for a big and happy dance party. I was about to go down to the south on Simchat Torah night with Ella Toledano, one of the closest people to me in the universe, with the biggest and kindest heart. The dance floor seemed to me like the center of the world at that time, I danced with thousands of young and happy people like me.

In an instant, the sounds of music were replaced by screams. The sky was filled with missiles and in a moment a mass escape begins.

I arrive at the family home of one of the kidnappers, and discover that his name is Mustafa. From that moment on, my life depends on him and his wife Wafa. My hand is fixed to a piece of wood from a destroyed door, I am not given painkillers and I am not allowed to scream or cry. Mustafa sat in front of me for 50 days with a rifle pointed in my face. A metal tube is inserted into my injured hand for fixation, in an unprofessional operation and without antibiotic treatment. The condition of my hand is getting worse - from pain, infection and lack of movement. I am given one bottle of water for long days, once every few days a dry pita. I do not shower even once. I am being subjected to psychological terror, in a small room with no air. Outside, shelling is shaking the walls. I am no longer an innocent child, I am a young woman who just wants to live, who does not intend to break down and wants to go home.
After 50 days, I am led to the tunnels, weak and wounded. My body is weak and atrophied, my arm is hanging and the infection is spreading. Two hours of walking, an armed terrorist in front, an armed terrorist behind. 60 meters underground, I am put in a cage, there is no air and no light. In a cage measuring two meters by two meters and 1.50 centimeters high, it is impossible to stand upright. There I meet five other young girls. For the first time since I was kidnapped, I am not alone. Each one has her own brutal kidnapping story.

We spend five days together in the dark cage, with two armed guards who change every 12 hours. We were allowed to speak quietly.

And again the winds of autumn, and now we mark two years since the happiest night I've ever had, since the most terrible morning of my life. I'm here in my body, but my innocence remains in the fields of blood and my heart remains kidnapped in Gaza, with 48 kidnapped people, living and dead. I'm no longer a child, I'm a strong woman who won't rest until everyone returns from the belly of the earth. Today I have a story to tell. Today I know that life is not as we live it, but as we tell it to ourselves - and then to others. I have a story to tell, I want the whole world to hear that physical freedom can be taken away from us, but not the freedom to believe and imagine hope.

May we be able to keep it this coming week The most important and urgent moral and human duty that can be fulfilled: to bring everyone home from the terrible dungeons of hell, something that only those who were there will understand. And again, the winds of autumn, I wish they would bring everyone back with them. Everyone!!!🎗️
