@Flipkart How do you expect people to place orders when your Grocery section has been “On Hold” since 1st March and still continues?
If you're planning to shut down the grocery service, at least inform users transparently. Keeping customers in the dark is unacceptable.

@ChikitsaGuru Ordered a new INJK device from JeenaSikho on 27 Feb. Received it 12 Mar, but the device appeared used/opened.
Raised complaint immediately. Was asked to courier it back with assurance of replacement.
It’s been 4 days since complaint — still no update or dispatch.
@IGPcom Extremely disappointed with IGP. One order — two delivery misses on the same day, and even the “rectification” failed
It’s been 10 days and I’m repeatedly told the refund has been initiated — yet no amount received, and no proper confirmation or transaction details shared
@IGPcom Why should I be satisfied until this so-called “refund re-initiation” is successfully processed?
What assurance do I have that it won’t “fail” again?
And after another 10 days of waiting, will I hear the same story once more?
