@KuwaitAirways @makemytrip Schedule change on AMM→KWI→DEL (03 July, PNR: AS8RBO) has caused a misconnection. Leg 1 now lands KWI at 10PM, Leg 2 moved to 10PM - I will miss my flight. Need immediate REBOOKING, not a refund. No response from airlines till now #CustomerRight

@KuwaitAirways @KuwaitAirways Thank you for responding . However I have been redirected back to you by MakeMyTrip since YOUR schedule change caused this misconnection. As the operating carrier, IATA regulations obligate you to rebook me - not redirect me. Awaiting resolution. #PassengerRights

@makemytrip @makemytripcare the airline has completed the refund on 18th and shared the receipt on mail, however makemytrip is yet to credit the same into my account despite it being more than 24 hours, whats this new scam?

Unacceptable harassment from @makemytrip and @airarabiagroup. My flight (PNR 6BLIPB) is affected due to the ongoing crisis and airspace closures. Air Arabia says full refund must be processed through the booking agent, yet MMT has made me a ping-pong between airline and agent.
