@AmazonHelp I did speak to the customer care. All they said is please return it to nearest UPS. Just so you understand its a huge package probably more than 50 kgs big for even a car!! How can you expect me to deliver it to a UPS ?

@amazonca Just moved into the country and ordered a bed to set myself up. Delivery delayed and when received it was damaged. Not expected at all from @amazon. Bad experience when I wanted the most.
