@makemytripcare So for the same PNR cancelled for all passengers on same day 2 passengers have been charged 0 cancellation fee and for 1 passenger you have charged a cancellation fee by the airline and by @makemytrip as well ? Should i be approaching @DGCAIndia to report this fraud ?

@makemytripcare Still awaiting an update from you guys on the third passenger refund. Been a few months to cancellation. Same PNR 2 tickets refunded one held back . Awaiting response
@makemytripcare No the complete refund hasn’t been processed. Based on multiple calls with your team, you have sent notifications for only 2 of the 3 passengers. Further as I write this there isn’t a single rupee that has reached my account. Been months waiting
@makemytripcare No call/ revert from your team still. The last 48 hour deadline has also been lapsed. I wish i had never booked via make my trip. Why have you held back my funds if the airline has already sent them without deductions way back ?

Made me buy the card, paid via kotak bank, no issues.
Now i am trying to add money , neither UPI nor bank transfer work; called their customer care, got to know Kotak M is not partnered so i cant use that bank.
@UPI_NPCI Its not the bank, @BookMyForex didn’t inform that kotak bank is not accepted in their system at time of issuance. Also, as an alternative i cant use my wife’s account (a different bank) for this as the KYC is in my name for the card.
@volkswagenindia I’ve been called twice to the service centre to collect the car, every time the car has new issues. I haven’t been provided with an alternate car. Don’t you think it should’ve been provided if you were keeping the car for a month due to service centre shortcomings?
@volkswagenindia@VW@VWGroup@volkswagenindia , second visit the car has been damaged at the service centre with dents. Still the shoddiest paint job redone on the car with paint driplines all over. Is this all you can do as a brand ? Car in service for over a month.

@NewIndAssurance better you spend money in settling claims than on advertising. Your Surveyer rejects basic straightforward car accident claims without a reason and keeps arguing.
My retired father worked 40 years with your company he hasn’t been as disappointed ever.
@NewIndAssurance Your account doesn’t allow messages. The surveyer is rejecting obvious points and asking me to spend more to remove PPF from parts of the car for him to approve. Why should i suffer losses for his incompetency?

I run to your service centres twice a week in office hours for this ? I want my money back, please take back this failed product
@volkswagenindia one week at service centre the engineers couldn’t resolve cabin noises in a new Virtus GT. They returned the car with temperature fixes. If the cabin components are so low quality, better go with less stiffer suspension setup.
