This is happening in Gurgaon on the national highway, police who are supposed to follow the traffic rules first and then let the public follow the same.
The police itself breaks all the rules.

AVL36GURGAON सोसाइटी में 550 फैमिली रहती हैं और टोटल 1480फ्लैट है पर ना रोड है ना पानी है, रजिस्ट्री तभी कराएंगे जब हमें हमारी मूलभूत सुविधा मिलेगी

Sector 36A, and have problem because of road, there is no connectivity to reach our society and going out from there.
How irresponsible government can be????
They can approve a project for affordable housing and can approve the project for highway but there is no connectivity
