@uptrafficpolice My dad received a challan UP89334220408183824 for not wearing a helmet inside a 4-wheeler. The vehicle number mentioned is a 4-wheeler, not a 2-wheeler. This seems a case of misinterpretation of reg. plate of some scooty present on the image.

I sent INR 4500 via Paytm to 85XXXXXX89 from 96XXXXXX66 on 28th January, 2022. The beneficiary has not received the amount as their number seems to erroneously linked to Paytm bank account ending with 3230, which do not belong to them.
@Paytmcare please look into it.
