I am trying to unfreeze an amount of Rs. 6718/- from my amazon pay balance. The amount was freezed without mentioning any reason and there is no response to email. Even customer care is unable to give a fix to it. Its really devastating to get such treatment.

@HardeepSPuri Our flight is booked frm vijaywada to pune via bnglr , n now the flight is operational from bnglr to pune but not from vijaywada to bnglr so now what we will get half money.. new source of income for you n ur central avaition. @flyspicejet also not responsding to msg. @MoCA_GoI

@HardeepSPuri @MoCA_GoI And then you dont credit money back to bank accounts but to credit shl which will takes ages as airlines are not responding.. You all are playing with our hard earned money @flyspicejet . Shame on u n ur govt n ur dumb decision..
