Airtel AirFiber installed on 21 Feb with promised 100 Mbps plan but getting only 4–5 Mbps speed. Internet already stopped multiple times and complaints raised but no proper resolution. This is unacceptable service quality. Plz resolve urgently. @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India @TRAI

Installed Airtel AirFiber on 21 Feb bt internet stopped within 2 hours. Router replaced but connection again dead since 2 March Multiple complaints raised, no technician visit, no resolution and refund also denied. Extremely poor service. Please resolve urgently @Airtel_Presence
