@makemytrip I canceled my ticket and you have changed my so heavily for cancellation. Cancellation fee was 175 AED as per flight but you charged for booking and then charged for cancellation. Kindly adjust it immediately!

@makemytripcare @makemytrip I requested for refund after I got a notification that flight is cancelled How can you not pay the full amount per DGCA rule any flight that got cancelled due to this on going issues in Middle East needs to refund full amount including the convenience fee. @DGCAIndia @makemytrip

It was mentioned that 800 AED is the fee PP for platinum inclusive of Visa fee, I just need to pay AED 200 extra to get service, but later charged 800Aed plus Visa fee of 350 Aed. I paid for 2 person so landed paying 1600 AED extra, you are scamming @VFSGlobal

@VFSGlobal scammed by mentioning platinum service includes all visa cost, sms, courier etc and then charged visa fee separately. Kindly refund! Also avoid such pressuring act to sell Platinum lounge service.

Or clearly call out- what is included and whats not but dont scam.

@vfsglobalcare VFS has charged an amount and should pay back. Why do I have to see the refund policy.
Its the fault of VFS not the country to which I applied the VISA for. I know that I have to pay VISA fee but I was told that Platinum Service is for 800 AED inclusive of Visa fee.
