First company visited our campus , criteria 6 cgpa for OA, but shortlisted 8.1<= students and then out of them picked some average or below average guys who has good cgpa ( kicked the ICPC guy too).
so in short oncampus = Luck + Cgpa .

There are always two kinds of people in tech:

Person 1: Do CP. Give contests and focus on developing brain cells which can tackle any anonymous qsn.

Person 2: Pick a sheet. Try to limit themself with limited qsn. Don't give contest. Satisfied with X no. of qsn on leetcode.

Person 1: Don't associate with any tech stack. Fundamentals are clear. Have the mindset that they can solve any problem.

Person 2: Limited to techstack. Don't want to think creatively about the problem. Only care about techstack.

Person 1: Learn from anywhere by searching on google and YouTube. Have the skill of doing google search themself for any problem. And do projects while learning and don't waste time in watching tutorials.

Person 2: Always wants structured course for everything. Don't code. Watch one topic from ten different videos and always busy in finding the best possible resource.
