🚨 AVOID TATA MOTORS AT ALL COSTS, SPECIALLY CARGO MOTORS! 🚨 A Nightmare We Lived, Fellow car buyers & EV enthusiasts – if you're even thinking about a Tata Motors vehicle (Nexon, Punch, Specially CURVV or whatever shiny promise they sell), STOP RIGHT NOW. Our experience? A total disaster that cost us time, money, and sanity. Here's the ugly truth: - Bought "New" on May 1, 2025 – What we got? A USED CAR DISGUISED AS NEW. Scratches, weird range glitches, and issues from day one. We shelled out for premium, got pre-loved trash. 😡 - Total Ownership: 193 Days (till today, Nov 10, 2025). Out of that? ONLY 52 DAYS the car was actually WITH US. The rest? 141 DAYS STAYED IN SERVICE CENTER. Endless "repairs" for AC failures, battery issues, software bugs, and god-knows-what-else. Tata's "world-class" service? More like a black hole. - Legal Notice Served – We hit them with a formal notice for fraud, breach of trust, and more. (See attached docs for proof – they've been ignoring us like we don't exist.) No response, no resolution, just radio silence from Tata HQ. - The Cherry on Top: They LOST OUR ORIGINAL DRIVING LICENSE COPY during one "service" visit. Yes, you read that right – irreplaceable docs vanished under their watch. Now we're chasing RTO for duplicates while they play dumb. @TataMotors_Cars @Schandr80504296 @CMOGuj @PMOIndia @jagograhakjago @cargomotors @TataCompanies - this is unacceptable! We've tagged consumer forums, and we're escalating to court. To everyone else: Save your hard-earned Money. Go Hyundai, Mahindra, or literally anyone else. Tata's hype doesn't match the horror.
