@BLACKANDDECKER I am in India, and i have been complaining regarding my tv for 2 weeks now and all i am getting is that "wait for 24 to 48 hours and our engineers will contact you" every time i call. it's pathetic service. I am really going to gather all the call recordings and ss to sue u guys.

@BLACKANDDECKER is literally the worst brand i have ever dealt with. I bought a tv of this brand last year, it is still in warranty and it's not getting on now. I have been trying to get in touch with their customer support team since last 4-5 days but there's no way to connect.
