Why the heck do you promise 4 years of software support just to give us new problems. I was planning to upgrade to ultra in few months time but your customer service is just not cutting it for me.

@SamsungIndia I will have to move to consumer court, if I dint get a screen replacement because of your shitty software update and normal people like me have to suffer. You guys will just say your product is out of warranty we can't support it.

Lets file cases together. I got one more line in the display. They promise to support the device for for 4 years and start pushing such faulty updates. Shame on @SamsungIndia they are just losing future customers. I happy with my phone but I am not buyin

After updating my Galaxy S21 FE 2 days ago suddenly this line(a white light) appeared on my screen out of nowhere. The service centre is charging 10k for the screen replacement. Why FE phones are excluded from free display replacement for green light problem?!? Help Me!!!
