These were tickets issued before Covid. Where they have been promising for returns. But till date the refunds have never come.

What makes me put them up today.

They are still stuck in Mumbai

When they came back after reducing the weight the staff and the check in counter said that it's 7.05pm so they can't check in.

As they don't have the boarding pass.

Same guy refused to check them in.

Despite my kids crying they dint care.

Is it the new Air India ???
