My flight is cancelled and I have booked another one. So when I have not used your services then how can you charge me the fees. It's completely unethical.

Flight got cancelled by airline due to operational reason. Airline has provided full refund then why @Flipkart @Cleartrip is deducting so much of charges.

Scam in the name of trip guarantee by @makemytrip. Paid 7800 for the ticket and received 5800 as refund. If you are not able to provide ticket the return the full amount. Infact @IRCTCofficial also didn't take this much charge for non-confirmed ticket. Also only 6000 as voucher
