I have been facing issue with the center table I had ordered. Customer service exec directed me to repair and service section on app which asked me to send an email. And I have sent 5 reminders on mail since then but yet to get response.
@FurlencoSupport@FURLENCO @AjithKarimpana you might want to look into this thread. Have been facing issues for weeks and my house is in total mess because I relied on Furlenco to provide good furniture on rent. All this, despite paying additional for Furlenco care program.
