@IFBAppliances SR # 1019878637 dt. 05/05/2026 is still unresolved. Escalated complaint vide ref. WA20416410, but no action or response yet. Bought the appliance in Dec 2025, and such poor service is unacceptable. Seriously considering public warning others against IFB products
