@emma_finance is there a reason why Emma continues to send sales push notifications for upgrade despite having product updates off. No further option to turn off these notifications without turning Emma off. Surely, there are better ways to push to pro than this?

@emma_finance Hi @emma_finance , I thought you said the promotional paid upgrade notification was a mistake(seeing as notifications are turned off for product in my case). Why did I just get this? This really makes me reconsider the whole app at this point!

@octopus_energy Trying to reach your customer support but I get "This person's phone is unavailable on the network" when dialing 0808 164 1088. How do i reach you on the phone?

@octopus_energy can do. But it's a complex query with handover readings and incorrect figures, etc. I am with vodafone so certainly should't be a carrier thing i hope.
