Supreme Court Collegium secrecy must end.

Citizens have a right to know why judges are selected and why senior judges are superseded.

𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗮𝗹𝘆𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝗰𝗵𝗶 was elevated to the Supreme Court while ranking 11th in all-India seniority, overtaking several more senior judges. The Collegium cited regional representation and his future line to become CJI. But the detailed reasons and records remain sealed.

Opacity in judicial appointments erodes public trust. Transparency is not optional.

Delhi Police & Amit Shah got away with using pellet guns. Why? Because Justice Joymalya Bagchi said police can use pellets. Whatever country is seeing today is thanks to Supreme Court. Judges like Justice Bagchi will put Emergency judges to shame. Forget courts, stay on streets
