Frustrated with @Zomato!
Ordered food 2 hours in advance for my Kalka Shatabdi train at Panipat Junction. Delivery partner reached the station but cancelled at the last moment, leaving me with no food for the journey.
This kind of unreliability at railway stations is disappointing for passengers. Hoping Zomato improves coordination for time-sensitive deliveries.
