Should the side upper passenger be always sleeping? RAC system in itself if flawed. After collecting full money, you are only giving a single seat to sit and travel. All others who have paid the same money, are getting a full berth. Side upper passenger has to suffer.

Why are RAC tickets given for high cost births i.e AC class? Why can't we move to just confirmed births allocation? Its a LOOT when you are paying cost of flights but have to share SINGLE birth with 3 people!! Pathetic @irctcwestzone @IRCTCofficial @WesternRly @PiyushGoyal
