Has been waiting for 2 hours in MMC building reservation counter for getting a ticket. There is only 3 counters working out of 21 counters!
And the ticket booking staffs are too lazy. It took 15 minutes for booking one ticket!

12623 is always getting late while reaching kayankulam. I am boarding from ernakulam and most days train is coming on time in ernakulam but gets late while reaching kayankulam. Don't our time have value???

Kindly improve the food services in Chennai central railway station. Kindly issue notices to outlets for public display of rate.

@railway_users @GMSRailway @DrmChennai @DirectorMas @PiyushGoyal Chennai Central has pathetic food service. The issue has been dragging on for long. Despite being on of the biggest stations, passenger amenities/proper food courts have been neglected for long.

@RailwaySeva It is in platform 1 of chennai central railway station near the exit gate 1. And there is only one Saravana bhavan in chennai central. Till now, no action has been taken. If you want to improve you should have taken action. @DirectorMas

40 rupees for a horrible tea!! That is just like cutting our throat.. 😒 And the prices are not displayed in public!! If prices were displayed in public, we would not have brought it. This is robbery at chennai central.

Should the side upper passenger be always sleeping? RAC system in itself if flawed. After collecting full money, you are only giving a single seat to sit and travel. All others who have paid the same money, are getting a full berth. Side upper passenger has to suffer.
