Pathetic service from Edinburgh to London.
I booked ticket for 3 pax. I had a big suitcase weighing 24kg. The staff said it is overweight and charged 14.99£ for 4kg. I dont understand if all 3 of us had 20kg bag allowance, why was I being charged extra?

@flixbusTeam1 people were not allowed to eat food in the bus. It was a long journey and 15 mins of break given to eat. 10 mins went by in ordering. 10£ food was asked to be thrown and not to be taken onboard? Is this service??? Pathetic service. Used FlixBus first time, not again
@agarwalpacker Its been over 12 days and my consignment from bangalore has not yet received. I am at the home only tomorrow 29th and leave on 30th. Its a slow and pathetic service to greater noida. Highly disappointed and will not recommend anyone to use this. Using last time.
@AirIndiaX i am on ur flght fem hyd->blr (IX2799) which was scheduled at 10.50pm today has been delayed. The final onboarding annoucement was made at 10.20pm and then while all settled, the captain said that the weather is bad at blr and they are not getting clearance.
