Flixbus doesn't share bus driver number directly to customer, customer call automatic voice and press 1 2 3 to reach driver, but we receive personal messages for review n send screenshot.
Driver number is secured but but what about ours?

@flixbusTeam1 people were not allowed to eat food in the bus. It was a long journey and 15 mins of break given to eat. 10 mins went by in ordering. 10£ food was asked to be thrown and not to be taken onboard? Is this service??? Pathetic service. Used FlixBus first time, not again

Pathetic service from Edinburgh to London.
I booked ticket for 3 pax. I had a big suitcase weighing 24kg. The staff said it is overweight and charged 14.99£ for 4kg. I dont understand if all 3 of us had 20kg bag allowance, why was I being charged extra?
@FlixBus we are running late for our train at 11:30 am to bath as there was a incident at Ginsburg station and we were stuck for 1 hour. Kindly accommodate us in next one.
