This time we cooked the chili with diced beef over our normal minced beef, we loved the way the beef flaked away after the slow cook. I think we might be converted.

We like to add pomegranate molasses in the tomato based sauce, it really adds to it.

#Lamb is something we tend to have when eating out more than at home. Last week we ate AMAZING chops in a new #Turkish restaurant @chapelhideout. Marinaded in a #raselhanout spice with lemon & garlic. All served with jewelled #couscous, yoghurt, roasted aubergines & courgettes.
