@AndyAshdown@Natures_Voice@worthingbirding @SouthDownsWild A good list Andy. Here's ours from Haslemere. It was our great spotted woodpecker who was missing..he comes for breakfast at 8am most mornings.
Widespread pesticide use is harming us and our wildlife. Iโve asked for farmers and land managers to be supported to move away from chemicals. Will you?

@GaryTrew1@pollymm@suerob50 That is fantastic Gary. We are hearing Tawny owls calling nightly - 2 males and at least 1 female. I've not seen them yet though.
Those siskins are very smart Gary. We ended on 17 species, Bullfinch, Marsh tit and Goldcrest my highlights. About 30 Redwing and a Red Kite flew over but could not really be counted!
A good morning to be indoors doing the #BigGardenBirdWatch as it was raining most of the time. Had a Zoom session running with friends who were doing the same. 22 species listed (typically three more five minutes later! ). Siskins probably the best @anna_allum
I designed and printed this in preparation for @Natures_Voice#BigGardenBirdWatch. I'm pleased to report that we spotted them all during our selected hour this morning.
@mostlyscarce@RSPBPulborough Great report Matt, although must admit to mixed feelings when I read it - I missed so much of this year! Glad to see the Spotted Flycatchers did well - they are the highlight of my usual BBS patch at the reserve.
Pulborough this morning: 62 species for me including 3 Peregrine (m/f/juv), Barn Owl, 2 Marsh Tit, 7 Raven, Red Kite, Golden Plover and 400+ Black-tailed Godwit.
Had the patch almost entirely to myself this morning. Cettiโs, Green Sand, 15 Snipe, Marsh Harrier, Red Kite, Golden Plover and one or two Black-tailed Godwits the highlights...
