Никак не ожидала, что @ruspostofficial ворует посылки; думала, что за те годы, что я не живу в России, ситуация изменилась. А тут посылка ЕМС, которая вроде надёжнее обычной почты, пропала без следа. @ruspostofficial , как вам не стыдно.

@Ruspost_Help И сколько такого ответа ожидать? В Великобритании чётко сказали семь дней, а в России какие сроки? Обидно ужасно, за 17 лет за границей я впервые решилась отправить маме подарок, и посылка пропала. Там была всего-то одна более-менее ценная вещь. @ruspostofficial

@Ruspost_Help А как Вы объясните тогда, что сотрудники Московского почтового отделения сказали моей маме, что посылка 'застряла на таможне' (что бы это ни значило) и посоветовали оформить заявление на поиск? Что моя мама и сделала, копия заявления есть. Что-то не сходится в Вашей информации.
