@bookingcom Message to @bookingcom continued. We have been trying to get our refund (which you have agreed to) since 10th June. Countless messages. All info you have requested has provided 3 times and still no refund. It’s unacceptable
Please could someone at @bookingcom tell me why you’ve still not provided a refund on a booking that you cancelled with 3 days notice. It has now been over three weeks and the refund has still not arrived.

Now on my 3rd call today and been on hold for over 2 hrs in total. @HMRCcustomers how do I get to speak to an actual person as the digital assistant does not help with my enquiry.
@nsandihelp Ah. Ok. He’s 18 & had a number but was told he would get a new one when we transferred his account to an online one. His old number now doesn’t work & he doesn’t have a new one. And there is no way of getting any help. This is the only was we seem to be able to contact you.
@nsandihelp trying to get our son’s NS&I number but can’t find it on any of the paperwork we’ve been sent. Filled in the form online but no email received. Please can you advise how we find his number. Or how we contact anyone to get an actual response
What really bugs me is when an expert (eg chimney sweep) talks to you as though you are stupid cos you don’t know anything about their area of expertise (eg chimneys) 😠
